We keep fluid hours, have a menu to match, an exquisite cocktail list and a ‘go with the flow’ attitude.

Our decor is stylish but completely unpretentious in Market Place, where Viaduct Harbour apartments are our neighbours. Liquid has been designed as a comfortable and affordable ‘local’ for nearby residents and corporates. People on the way home from work stop in for a drink at the bar and apartment dwellers come for dinner, a glass of wine and dessert. Such is our cruisy atmosphere no one feels out of place.

Liquid may be relaxed and informal but our food is simply exotic. Rudy Caneira, a chef with an impeccable background, brings a clear, unfussy style that he describes as ‘good flavours, simple food’. His aim is to ’stand back and let the food do the talking’.
