- Stephen Locke- Chef de Cuisine – 33 year old British born Stephen Locke, award winning Chef de Cuisine of Verbena Restaurant & Bar, has honed his skills in first class kitchens around the world working in the Park Lane Hotel in London, Grand Hotel Beaux Rivage, Switzerland, France then the Park Hyatt Hotel in Sydney & eventually in New Zealand as Chef de Cuisine of award winning Partingtons Restaurant at the Sheraton Auckland Hotel and Towers( now the Langham Hotel). Stephen uses only the finest ingredients and has created a restaurant menu and bar tapas menu with spectacular flavour combinations using influences from around the globe.
