Tasca - A local bar / eatery found in the narrow back streets of the villages and cities of Spain. We have created an attractive destination restaurant reflecting Spanish and Moorish influences, recreating an authentic culinary experience indulging people’s taste for real and satisfying food and a casual, fun way of eating.
Chef
- Zeki Kizilata - A naturally talented cook who can take the simplest of ingredients and turn them into something irresistible, Zeki’s food is legendary amongst his compatriots and a loyal following of customers. His repertoire has expanded beyond his native Turkish cuisine to encompass the whole of the Mediterranean, in particular Spain which will be evident in the development of Tasca’s menu.
