• Steve Weston – Our head chef, Steve Weston, is a true master in the kitchen. With more than 28 years of creating culinary delights, and having cooked for people such as David Bowie and Elton John, he is the secret behind our sumptuous meals and menus.

  Steve Weston recently won a bronze medal for his outstanding food innovations at the prestigious New Zealand Culinary Fare held in Auckland in September 2007.
