• Curry Chef - With over 20 years’ experience, our Curry Chef has worked at Jewel of India for 12 years. He is the creator of the award winning Jewel of India Butter Chicken (Peoples Choice 2005 & 2007 - Foodtown Magazine)
• Tandoori Chef - Our Tandoori Chef has worked at the same restaurant for over a decade. He has perfected all the tandoor dishs. You can watch him create succulent tender choosa tikkas and mansoori kebabs,as well as the usual naan breads.
