- Kasiano Tagoai – With, already, 13 years in the business Kasiano has quickly moved through the ranks. Having spent his primary years under the guidance of Chef’s such as Tony Astle (Antoine’s), Brendan Lowe (Art Deco), Jude Kereama (Michelin Star, Kota), Simon Gault (Gaults on Quay).
Kasiano has now embarked on his first restaurant venture with business partner Leon Tabla ar Bay Bistro in Mission Bay.
True to form and only 4 months after opening Kasiano is honoured by the Restaurant Association, winning the Gold Medal for the Food and Wine match at the 2007 NZ Culinary Fare.
